At JJ’s Stitch, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because our items are made with intention, shipping timelines may differ slightly from mass-produced goods. Thank you for supporting slow fashion and artisanal craftsmanship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Some handmade or limited-edition items may require additional processing time.
  • If your order experiences a delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully packaged.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • JJ’s Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

JJ’s Stitch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us—we’re always happy to help where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. JJ’s Stitch is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
